Can I choose my delivery day?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer specific delivery days for you to choose from. From the day you place your order, we estimate your order will arrive within 3-5 working days. At peak times such as Christmas, when ordering products such as hampers for gifts, if you make a note on your order for a selected date, we will try our best to deliver then.
Do you offer next day or Saturday deliveries?
We do not offer these as delivery options currently. Your order will be delivered between Tuesday-Friday and will take 3-5 working days from the day you place the order.
How will my delivery be made?
We use DPD couriers to send our orders out Please make sure you provide a mobile number when placing your order, as you will receive a notification on your delivery day with a one-hour window when your order is expected to arrive. This will also give you the option to deliver to a neighbour or leave in a safe space if you won’t be home at the specified hour slot.
Do I need to be home for the delivery?
You don’t need to be home for your delivery. DPD will contact you to let you know the hour slot they aim to deliver in, and you will have options to either deliver to a neighbour or leave in a safe space. We put appropriate ice packs within your box to keep it chilled for the length it takes to deliver your order, however we would recommend the fresh products are refrigerated at the earliest possible time after delivery.
What is your delivery charge?
Our delivery charges will depend on how much your order total is.

£0-£29.99 = Standard mainland delivery £10.00
£30 - £49.99 = Standard mainland delivery £6.35
£50 + = Free delivery

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to mainland UK addresses excluding the following postcodes beginning with JE (Jersey), GY (Guernsey), IM (Isle of Man) and BT (Northern Ireland).
If your delivery postcode is one from this list, we unfortunately will not be able to deliver to you as we can’t ensure your delivery will stay as fresh for the time it will take to deliver your order.
How will my parcel arrive?
Our deliveries are packaged in a Harvey & Brockless branded cardboard box with protection and ice packs inside to keep your products safe and at the correct temperature when delivered.

My order hasn't arrived on the day DPD statied it would, what should I do?
We advise that you firstly check the tracking link that DPD provide to see if there are any updates from them. If there are no updates or you are unsure, please get in contact with us on 020 7819 6001 and we can investigate this with DPD straight away for you.
Can I amend an order I have already placed?
We are happy to help you amend an order you have already placed. Please do this as soon as possible after you have made the order. We typically would not be able to add anything 24 hours after the time you place your order as it would have been handed over to our pickers and packers from then. If you are unsure, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to help!
