This award winning salami is made using Freedom Food approved, outdoor bred pork from the family farm. Taking the finest cuts of pork, salt, spices, garlic and a little red wine are added before the salamis are hung to air dry. The resulting salamis are not too fatty and have a fabulous depth of flavour.

Now, nearly 20 years on, owners Ian and Sue Whitehead and their daughter Rebecca take pride in producing both meat and cured meats from their own, hybrid pigs, which means they have the ultimate farm to table story. They are fully committed to rearing their pigs in a high welfare environment, and their products carry the RSPCA Assured stamp (previously Freedom Food).
Lane Farm pigs are outdoor bred, then reared and finished in open straw barns. They are fed a specially formulated diet, so they can confidently tell you what is in the meat and the stress-free and happy welfare of the pigs is evident in the tasting of the end product

Our deliveries are packaged in a Harvey & Brockless cardboard box with protection and ice packs inside to keep your products safe and at the correct temperature when delivered.
The delivery will be made via DPD, please make sure you are available to accept your order once you receive your DPD dispatch email/text, please also ensure you provide the correct delivery information as DPD will use this to update you with tracking information for your order.
The majority of our products are perishable so we advise they should be chilled as soon as possible once delivered. We currently do not offer gift wrapping.
